Jim and his family decided before he died that they would like to raise funds for Rowcroft Hospice, whose team has been such a support to them. The family and the hospice would greatly appreciate any donations made in Jim's memory. Rowcroft Hospice supports adults in South Devon who are living with life-limiting illnesses. As a charity, the vast majority of its funding comes from the generosity of donors within the local community. Their specialist nursing team cared for Jim as an in-patient, and ultimately supported him and the family to make it possible to fulfil Jim's wish to die at home.
